- Nutrition and lifestyle counseling for people living with ADHD, diabetes, food intolerances and food allergies
- Healthy habit and routine development
- Mindful Eating/Living training to break food addictions and/or to manage weight gain/loss.
- Nutrition and alternative care research and reporting for people living chronic conditions

Healthy Living Group Sessions
Our healthy living group services include a self-assessment, research related to wellness needs, weekly sessions for support, evidence-based information, reporting, and supplement recommendations, if desired.
Healthy Living Wellness Programs
Our private and group wellness programs include weekly Zoom-based meetings, typically in the evenings. Each program includes three Zoom class sessions, and support materials that include videos, Power Point pdfs, resource links, and handouts. View our wellness program options below.
